The Impact of Employer Branding Towards Intention to Apply on Novo Club Community Batch 1 with Corporate Reputation as Mediation Variable

This study aims to examine the effect of employer branding on intention apply by mediating variable corporate reputation in Novo Club Community Members Batch 1. The data this were tested using SEM-PLS (Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Square) method sampling purposive techniques 157 respondents who active members was obtained through questionnaires that distributed help google forms and processed SmartPLS 3.0 software. result is has no positive significant with T-statistical values 1,485<1.96 P-values 0.138>0.05. Therefore, ParagonCorp needs carry out a new strategy more targeted measurable improve company's good reputation.
